The E-Learning Centre automates its sales process to ease workload and gain new opportunities.

 

Business Challenge

Based in Asturias, Spain Academia Big Bang is an e-learning training center that offers Professional Training services, Examinations, Access to Universities and specialised courses. The company also operates another related product line called Pockettraining, which offers educational boxes for the same purposes.

Moved by a passion for teaching, Academia Big Bang helps all their students in a global way, advising them, guiding them and solving any questions they may have, offering them their full attention. With more than 3,000 students and growing, Academia Big Bang offers almost 13,000 content documents, 500 video courses, holds 1700 examinations and has almost 40 teachers available on hand.

As the COVID-19 crisis drew everyone to stay at home, Academia Big Bang received an influx of students wanting to gain certifications with the E-Learning centre. As their client base grew, Academia Big Bang saw they were in need of a system to organise incoming and existing students.

Results

The implementation of the Salesforce Sales Cloud resulted in an enhancement of all commercial and sales processes and an improvement of database handling.

The CRM cloud-based platform allowed Academia Big Bang to register all their interactions with prospects, students, and providers in one place. It simplified the process of capturing new students, course management, student and companies/families/providers information handling through a centralised system.

With the platform inaugurated across their organisation, Academia Big Bang was able to expedite and control their enrollment process, as well as keep track of forms and contracts as well as closed courses.
