Business Challenge

For more than twenty years, Ponsceramics has been a leading representative of ceramic manufacturing in Spain. Located in Castellon, they act as a key intermediary between the manufacturers and potential buyers, establishing meaningful customer connections, and securing critical B2B sales with architects, interior designers and stores.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ponsceramics saw the magnitude of clients and leads in their system, and perceived the need to optimise their sales solutions to centralise all this data. They searched for a system where they could effectively develop customer segmentation and automize sales performance.
